iPhone Comes to Canada

Was it worth the wait. Rogers Wireless finally unveiled the Apple iPhone in Canada on July 11, 2008. Long lines were the norm in all the major cities as Apple iPhone enthusiasts were chomping at the bit.

The iPhone has just about everything a bleeding edge techy needs. It bundles the features of a handheld computer, mobile phone, video-enabled iPod. All in a single device.

It may be overhyped but all indications after the first day of sales is that these phones will be pretty commonplace after a few months.
